To find the right product for you, we recommend taking our free hormone quiz. Here, you'll answer questions about your cycle and health and receive a personalised product recommendation.
You can find the exact dosage recommendation for each product on the back of the package or on the product page in our shop. We recommend taking our products with sufficient liquid, ideally with a meal and at approximately the same time of day.
You can generally combine our products. reset can be combined with all products and should be consumed for a maximum of 3 months. The other products can be consumed continuously until your hormonal imbalance is resolved. Only while taking relief and mood do we recommend that you pause taking the other products. The minerals and vitamins contained in relief and mood are already provided in high doses. Once you have finished taking relief and mood, you can continue taking the other products as usual.
