fenou is a Berlin-based startup that aims to improve women's everyday lives. We help women understand their own bodies by providing them with extensive knowledge about the female cycle and hormones. With our purely plant-based products, we help women address hormonal issues.

The formulations of all our products are based on current scientific studies and were developed together with medical doctors, naturopaths, and nutrition scientists.
